By registering for and attending this SLAVMA workshop, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that this is a hands-on, movement-based training that may involve physical activity, including bodywork techniques, assisted stretching, partner exercises, and floor- or table-based applications. I confirm that I am participating voluntarily and accept full responsibility for my own physical well-being during the workshop. It is my responsibility to consult a physician or licensed healthcare provider regarding any condition that may affect my ability to participate safely. I release and hold harmless Slav Marinov, the SLAVMA team, guest instructors, assistants, and the host venue from any liability for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during or as a result of my participation.

2. Personal Responsibility

I agree to respect my own physical boundaries, communicate clearly with instructors and partners, and engage mindfully and respectfully throughout the workshop. I understand that this workshop is intended for educational purposes only and does not substitute medical treatment, diagnosis, or therapy.

3. Photography & Video Release

I understand that photos and videos may be taken during the workshop for promotional, educational, and archival purposes. By attending, I grant permission to Slav Marinov and the SLAVMA team to use images or video of me in future marketing, social media, or course materials – unless I notify the organizers in writing before the start of the workshop.

4. Cancellation & Transfer Policy

I acknowledge and accept the following terms:

·       • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

·       • Transfers within the same calendar year are allowed with a £150 transfer fee and at least 4 weeks’ notice.

·       • Alternatively, I may transfer my spot to another participant for a £50 admin fee, subject to availability and approval.

5. Code of Conduct

I agree to maintain a respectful and professional attitude at all times. I understand that disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the workshop without refund.

6. Medical Emergency Consent

In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize the workshop organizers to seek appropriate medical assistance on my behalf. I understand that any medical treatment provided will be at my own expense.

7. Acknowledgment & Signature

When purchasing a spot in a SlavMa workshop, I confirm that:

·       I have read and understood all terms and conditions outlined in this waiver.

·       I accept full responsibility for my participation in the workshop.

·       I agree to abide by the policies and expectations listed above.
