Wassa Lakkham World Massage Championship 2022 Bronze Medallist

I can't express how grateful and honoured I am to have you as my teacher. The skills, professionalism and perfection are way beyond my expectations. He is the perfection I've been searching for. Slav is one of the world's best massage therapists. He is a UK, European and World champion in massage therapy. I could be my best only when I learn from the very best. If you are looking for refining and enhancing your skills, he is the one.

Olivia McNeill Founder, Glowing Massages

Slav has such a unique way of doing things. I've done many courses but never one like this. All I can say is that I highly recommend it! It's such an investment. Not just for your business but for yourself. You learn so much within one day.

Tarek Hegazy Living Design AB Principal and Creative Director

I've had an amazing experience working with Slav. He is a World Champion in his domain and it shows. I highly recommend Slav, whether in terms of staff training, digital training, or in assisting in pre-operation and post-operation.

We spend so much of our time thinking, working, planning, responding and trying to keep up with everything around us. And sometimes, even when we finally stop, our minds don’t.

I think this is one of the quieter benefits of massage therapy. For a while, you can simply lie down.

No decisions to make. Nothing to organise. Nobody expecting an answer. Nothing you need to accomplish.

You can allow someone else to take care of you for a change. And that’s something we don’t appreciate enough about massage.

In a world that constantly demands our attention, an hour when nothing is expected of us can feel extraordinary.

A true luxury.

As massage therapists, we spend our days taking care of other people’s bodies.

It is easy to let our own become an afterthought.

I think we sometimes need to remind ourselves that our own body deserves the same attention we encourage others to give theirs.

Not only when we feel the burnout.
Not only when we are forced to slow down.

It deserves to be prioritised while we are still feeling strong, still working, and still enjoying what we do.

Because taking care of our own body is not something we should get around to later.

It should have a place in the profession from the very beginning.

In massage therapy, we often fall into the habit of doing more. Somewhere along the way, we seem to have developed the idea that more means better.

More pressure. More techniques. More advanced methods.

But I don’t think a treatment becomes more effective simply because we do more.

Sometimes, the real skill lies in recognising when we have done enough.

Knowing how much pressure to apply, when to introduce another technique, and when to leave something alone requires understanding what we are trying to achieve and how the body is responding.

And I think experience plays an important role in developing that judgement.

Over time, you begin to realise that knowing when to stop is just as important as knowing what to do next.

How do you decide when you’ve done enough in a treatment? 👇

Sunday mood. 🤲🏼

A quieter moment in the treatment room, letting the work speak for itself.

No rush, just time dedicated to the craft.

I’m pleased to announce that Fusion Sports Massage

I’m pleased to announce that Fusion Sports Massage – Lower Extremity is coming to Munich on 6–7 March 2027!

Over two days, we’ll explore how to integrate different techniques, pressure, movement and stretching into a fluid and purposeful approach to massage.

Throughout the workshop, we’ll pay particular attention to the biomechanics behind our work, developing greater precision, control and efficiency in the way we use our bodies.

📍 WHERE: Lindebergs Academy, Munich, Germany
📅 WHEN: 6–7 March 2027

I’m really looking forward to bringing Fusion Sports Massage to Munich and sharing my approach with therapists joining us there.
