DATE & TIME

This will be a two-day workshop, taking place on the 16th and 17th of March 2026. Each day will start at 09:00 and finish at 17:30

Included in the schedule are:
 – 1-hour lunch break
 – one 15-minute coffee break

LOCATION

The workshop will take place in the Event Hall of hotel Rubin DHS, located in Kruševac, central Serbia.

Kruševac is a well-connected regional city, accessible by car and intercity buses from major Serbian cities and international airports.

THE WORKSHOP PACKAGE INCLUDES

  • One night of accommodation at Hotel Rubin on 16 March
    • Single room accommodation
  • Meals included:
    • 16 March: lunch and dinner
    • 17 March: breakfast and lunch
  • Coffee breaks: one per day on both days

Participants who wish to stay additional nights in Kruševac (on 15 or 17 March) may do so at a 15% discounted rate.
Additional nights must be requested in advance and paid directly at the hotel upon check-in.

CERTIFICATION

Upon completion of the 2nd day of the workshop, each participant will be handed an official certificate by Slav Marinov.

LANGUAGE

The workshop will be conducted in English, with translation into Serbian provided throughout the event.

CAPACITY

The workshop is limited to a maximum of 20 participants, ensuring a focused learning environment and individual attention during practical sessions.

EQUIPMENT

All essential equipment for the workshop will be provided, including:

  • Professional-grade massage tables
  • Towels and sheets
  • Massage oils and related materials

Participants are not required to bring their own tables or supplies.

TRAVELING FROM ABROAD

For international participants, the most convenient nearby airports are:

  • Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport (BEG) — approx. 2.5–3 hours to Kruševac by car or bus
  • Niš Constantine the Great Airport (INI) — approx. 1–1.5 hours to Kruševac by car or bus

From both airports, car rental and intercity buses are readily available.

PARKING

Hotel Rubin offers private on-site parking within the building for guests and workshop participants. Please let us know if you are traveling by car so we can reserve a parking lot for you.

About the workshop

I created the Fusion Sports Massage Workshop to help massage therapists at all levels broaden their skill set and deepen their understanding of body mechanics, bringing together the precision of Western soft tissue methods with the flow and harmony often associated with Eastern approaches.

This comprehensive training is designed for massage therapists who want to refine their practice and work with greater efficiency, confidence, and creativity. Over the two days we will look at sports massage techniques through the lens of how force is organised, transmitted, and sustained through the therapist’s body, how pressure is shaped by direction and support, and how continuity of movement influences both effectiveness and feel.

Equally important, we’ll focus on how these techniques come together in practice. You’ll learn how to sequence movements for maximum therapeutic effect, how to create seamless transitions, and how to adapt your flow to meet different client needs.

By the end of the workshop, you will have developed greater confidence and skill in advanced sports massage methods, as well as a deeper sense of how to link and sequence the techniques into a treatment that feels effortless, effective, and uniquely your own.
