About the workshop

In this comprehensive workshop, I am excited to offer expert instruction in several key areas of physical therapy and movement. The workshop is meticulously designed to cater to both beginners and experienced practitioners, aiming to enrich your skillset and understanding of body mechanics and therapy.

The first part of the workshop focuses on advanced Western techniques for soft tissue manipulation. This segment is crucial for understanding how to effectively work with muscles, fascia, and other soft tissues to relieve pain, reduce tension, and improve overall mobility. Techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and deep tissue massage will be covered. These methods are not only therapeutic but also essential for enhancing the body’s natural healing process.

The second part of the workshop is dedicated to the art of sequencing and linking movements. Effective sequencing is about more than just the order of techniques; it’s about creating a flow that enhances the natural movement patterns of the therapist’s body. We will explore how to sequence techniques for maximum effectiveness, how to link them for seamless transitions, and how to adjust sequences for different levels of ability and to address specific physical issues.

By the end of the workshop, participants will have gained a deep and practical understanding of these diverse but interconnected disciplines, empowering them to apply these skills in their practises.
